1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of CHUMA BENZ AUTO MECHATRONIC LIMITED WORKSHOP ("we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Services

We provide specialized Mercedes-Benz automotive services including but not limited to:

• Mechanical repairs and maintenance
• Advanced diagnostics
• ECU programming and tuning
• Air conditioning services
• Panel beating and body work
• Professional spray painting

3. Service Estimates and Pricing

All service estimates are provided in good faith based on initial diagnostics. Final pricing may vary if additional issues are discovered during service. We will notify you of any significant changes before proceeding with additional work.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about vehicle history and issues
• Removing personal belongings from vehicles before service
• Payment for services rendered as agreed
• Timely pickup of vehicles after service completion

5. Warranty

We stand behind our work with a warranty on parts and labor as specified for each service. Warranty terms will be provided in writing with your service invoice.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, consequential damages, or issues arising from customer negligence or misuse.

7. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash and bank transfers. Vehicles may be held until payment is received in full.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
